Full Job Description

As a Sales Manager for AEG European Festivals, you will be pivotal in helping to secure sponsorship revenue, developing new relationships with leading brands, and supporting the team with creative pitches and proposals. If you have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and love the thrill of winning new business, this is the role for you. What you'll be doing: 1. Supporting the sponsorship sales drive for AEG Presents' UK portfolio, including festivals, artist tours, and one-off events. 2. Creating high-impact pitch decks and proposals to support the VP and Senior Director during sales pitches to potential sponsors. 3. Owning relationships with Marketing Managers, fostering new partnerships, and ensuring successful business renewals. 4. Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. 5. Building and maintaining a robust client pipeline using industry insights and a consultative sales approach. 6. Keeping CRM systems and reporting processes up to date, ensuring smooth communication across the AEG Partnerships Sales Team.

We are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to the role. To succeed in this position, you'll need the following skills and experience:

  • A solid background in sales, with a track record of success in a relevant industry (entertainment, sponsorship, events, etc.).
  • Commercially driven, with a deep understanding of how to build and grow revenue through sponsorships.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, current sponsorship trends, and future opportunities.
  • An understanding of the broader business landscape, including legal, financial, marketing, and operational aspects.
