Criterion Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and support sales efforts across our portfolio of hotels.

Exciting new openings are coming soon. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about driving room sales.

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed bedroom sales targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to promote our hotel rooms and event facilities.

  • Manage the sales team with a strong emphasis on driving bedroom sales and enhancing overall performance.

  • Conduct show rounds and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our hotel rooms and facilities.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities and craft customised sales proposals to meet client needs.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Prepare insightful sales reports and present key findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
