Are you ready to lead a highly successful sales team in a revolution in Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for movement disorders and MRI-guided Laser Ablation for Epilepsy and Brain Tumors (Visualase)? With the 1st closed-loop DBS system on the horizon, we're looking for an experienced sales manager to drive and guide our sales team to new levels of success across the UK. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing market development and market share strategies across our UK team. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team to excel as you transform patient care and unlock new opportunities to grow our DBS and Visualase business's. This truly is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to join a high-performing team on the cusp of launching groundbreaking high-tech technology that has the potential to truly transforms the lives of people living with movement disorders. This is a field role and you are expected to travel across the UK. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the UK Sales to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop and/or implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the UK
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs
  • Identify opportunities and develop new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
  • Assess the need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies
  • Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets

    Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a people management role and a proven track record of managing a team of tenured professionals
  • Min 7 years of experience in sales activities within the Medical Industry
  • Ability to lead by example, with a coaching management style
  • Ability to influence across functions, businesses and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce barriers to therapy treatment to achieve business objectives
  • Fluency in English and willing to travel across the UK
