Full Job Description

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve. Based at Rushcliffe Arena, a flagship site within the Rushcliffe Contract you will help lead the team and drive sales outputs at site. Achieve monthly membership and income targets, as well as taking a proactive approach to increasing our membership base, use data to analyse key performance indicators and be able to lead and motivate your teams to exceed their targets. You will lead the Sales team and Front of House team to deliver exceptional standards, delivering on brand standards with a customer service and sales enriched focus at all times. Main Duties

  • Implementing sales strategies
  • Achieve new membership sales and revenue targets
  • Working as part of the management team
  • Reporting daily sales performance and interrogating below budget performance.
  • Deliver regular Sales training to staff
  • Lead and develop site teams to help drive a sales and accountability culture
  • To take responsibility for all aspects of the sales journey from mystery shops to achieving the monthly membership targets
  • To implement day-to-day management of the membership team, setting KPI's, motivating the staff and delivering training to ensure the highest levels of customer service are always achieved
  • Deliver a first class service to all our customers at all times and enhance the awareness and promotion of memberships to all users
