Full Job Description
You will join our expanding Sales Team with this role being crucial to our long-term aspirations and growth plans for Intertek's Electrical ATIC business. Ownership of the sales leads tool, producing market insights to target new customers, Identifying trends in the ATIC Industry and evaluating the market size opportunity for Intertek Electrical. Key activities:
- Analyse the market size and growth opportunities through data measures and insights
- Identify methods to capture and assess customer data across multiple sources, performing customer propensity analysis, managing data and ensuring high-quality insights, developing strategic planning with the insights and relaying the plans to stakeholders
- Manage the leads within I-connect and assign where relevant to Field Sales or close them out
- Analyse data and trends to support business growth decisions.
- Ideal candidate should be able to collect, analyse and present insights to the Sales team so they can better focus their energies to winning significant orders
- Experience in ATIC a benefit to approach the competitor landscape and the Customer objectives for success in their product innovation
- Ability to recognise the flow from Assurance to testing to certification
- Provide regular updates on tools and presentations to upsell Intertek ATIC services to Customers
- Plan work to ensure that priorities and deadlines are achieved ensuring prompt responses to incoming communications (telephone, email etc)
As the Sales Market Insights Analyst, you will have proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver strategic goals and growth ambitions alongside the ability to communicate and work with senior leadership across Intertek., Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver strategic goals and growth ambitions. - Ability to communicate and work with senior leadership across Intertek
- Experience of working within a laboratory environment
- Proven ability to project manage and deliver large scale projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills - ability to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to a desired outcome
- Excellent Office 365 skills - ability to create efficient and relevant reporting to drive business growth
- Proven experience dealing directly with customers and proven experience in working on bids and tenders an advantage
- Experience working in a similar background or with consumer products would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of UKAS requirements, standards, regulations and product compliance would be an advantage.
