Sales and Marketing Assistant

· Uploading orders and generating delivery paperwork

· Handling calls/enquiries from customers.

· Making outbound calls to potential customers.

· Ensuring our website is up to date with new products and information.

· Finding new ways to advertise our products and reach new customers.

· Maintain and update Company databases.

· General office administration.

· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, packages).

· Manage office supplies stock.

· Attend external exhibitions.

· Good Microsoft Office Knowledge

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills

· Excellent IT Skills, including website management.

· Good mathematical ability.

· Previous sales and marketing skills would be preferred.

· Previous experience using marketing software.

Peak Test is a small office in the heart of Chester-Le-Street, with very friendly, long serving employees.

Hours: 37.5hrs a week with ½ hour unpaid lunch. Core Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-12.
