About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales and Marketing Associate to join us in helping promote the programme to more candidates. This role will involve managing various application channels, promoting the academy through innovative marketing strategies, and overseeing the brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing. The role will also involve ownership of sales analytics and you will have to draw insights from this to help improve conversion rates across our funnel.

This is a key hire as we scale the programme and venture so will come with lots of autonomy and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

- Manage different channels for applications, including organic, social media, job ads, paid ads, and SEO.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with key promotional channels and student societies.

- Innovate approaches to increase the number of applications.

- Run analytics across the sales funnel to maximize sales.

- Promote in-person events at universities.

- Manage the Macedonian-based sales team, including tactics for improving the conversion rate.

- Oversee the Sarah social media channels and content strategy.

- Supervise the general Sarah brand strategy with the founders.

- Produce marketing collateral across the Sarah Academy and Network.

- Lead on front-end website design and updates.

- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 + commission + share options.
