Full Job Description

As Sales and MarketingCoordinator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team in order to maximise and achieve sales targets across the department. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • To answer any incoming client/colleague queries via phone or email.

  • To have a genuine warm and friendly manner over the phone and in person to clients and colleagues alike.

  • To be highly organised.

  • To assist the sales team with any collateral that's needed such as printing, stationery orders, etc.

  • Compile a range of reporting such as weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue tracking for the department.

  • Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Support with sales plans, activities, and promotions.

  • To demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.

  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
