Full Job Description
A key member of the Impulse team, assisting to deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within the Wholesale channel. Partnering with key stakeholders internally & externally to support and lead the operational management of accounts. We're looking for someone to join on a part-time basis, 3 days a week (22.5hrs). Key Activities:
- Analysis of Sales Out/ IRI data to share with the team and recommend action plans based from insight
- Monthly forecasting by customer, adjusting accordingly based on data and feedback from customers
- Assisting the Sales team with Invoicing, ensuring this is done on time and in full each month
- Ownership and delivery of internal performance and KPI tracking
- Monthly store visits to ensure excellent execution of our plans and competitor analysis
- Field team briefing for tactical activations
- To contribute to the building and execution of our format plans by customer(s)
- Completion of promotional calendars and pricing forms for all customers monthly
- Assisting with the analysis of promotional activities
- Directly manage the P&L for customer accounts, ensuring financial targets are met and identifying growth opportunities through direct engagement with customers.
- Regularly attend customer meetings to build relationships, understand client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored strategic plans.

- Able to identify insight from data to help with JBP creation and negotiations
- Able to demonstrate experience in identifying customer/ shopper needs to create features and benefits for sales proposals
- Able to identify 'must gets' 'wish list' and 'concessions' within negotiations
