As a Sales Negotiator based in Thurrock, you'll be responsible for:

• Generating new business through cold and warm calling


• Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders


• Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products


• Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service


And here's what we'd like you to have:

• A background in sales with the ability to negotiate over the phone


• Utilities sales experience is desirable


• Strong verbal communication skills is key as you will be speaking to customers over the phone
