Full Job Description
- Manage inspections, book them in, carry them out and ensure that reports are sent to landlords in a timely manner
- Managing referrals
- Sales of properties
- Day-to-day running of property lettings/management portfolio in the Liverpool area
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and maintenance contractors via telephone and email
- Scheduling ongoing repairs and refurbishments of properties within portfolio
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Producing digital reports
- Creating and maintaining move-in and move-out inventories.
- Administering new and renewing tenancy agreements.
