Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Sales Negotiator to join our successful team. Your main duties will include:

- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential buyers with their perfect property
- First-Class Customer Service: Delight owners and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
- Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
- Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes

Perks That Make a Difference

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Competitive Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme

Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute
