As a Sales Office Manager based in Epsom, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Lead, Motivate and develop a team of 6 across the Showroom and Sales Office.

• Provide class-leading customer service and hit commercial and sales KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

• You will be responsible for the sales, growth profit, margin, and service growth of an annual budget of multiple customers.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Experience working in a sales environment, managing accounts, and supporting sales strategy.

• People manager experience with an encouraging and coaching management style

• Skilled in relationship building both internally and externally.

• A strong communicator with excellent negotiating and customer service skills

• Plumbing and Heating experience is desirable.
