Full Job Description

Joining our Development team as a Sales Officer for 18 months, you'll join a team responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support across the end-to-end new homes sales process. The team supports the Sales Advisors and the wider Sales team and are critical to delivering a smooth sales process for our customers, ensuring a brilliant customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and facilitating the completion of Shared Ownership applications.
  • Drafting and issuing accurate correspondence relating to the sale of properties.
  • Liaising with buyers, Solicitors and other stakeholders involved in the sale of properties to ensure sales are progressing in a timely manner.
  • Processing reservation fees from buyers and invoices from third parties.

We're seeking a highly organised individual, who can manage multiple priorities with ease whilst maintaining a high-quality customer service! You'll also demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Math's & English Grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience of providing a broad range of administrative support.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the property sales process - knowledge of Shared Ownership would interest us, but is not essential!
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of customers, internal stakeholders and third parties, in writing and over the phone.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and a range of inhouse systems.
  • As a smart working organisation, you can expect a balance of working from the office and from home. Typically, you'll be working from the office 3 days per week and 2 days per week from home.
