Full Job Description

You'll be joining a small, dynamic sales operations team that supports an international sales force working on multiple events across Asia, including digital and virtual events. Our portfolio spans industries like Food & Hospitality and Processing & Packaging. As a Sales Operations Executive, here's what you'll be doing:

  • Responding promptly to inquiries and information requests from potential customers.
  • Handling exhibitor questions and concerns before, during, and after the show, both onsite and remotely.
  • Editing and sending contracts, along with other legally binding documents, to exhibitors.
  • Coordinating with overseas sales operations and accounts teams to manage invoicing, outstanding payments, and payment receipts.
  • Actively following up with exhibitors on outstanding payments, ensuring you have clear visibility on all payments and exhibitors.
  • Collaborating with overseas sales operations teams to ensure alignment on processes and procedures.
  • Keeping track of ever-changing floor plans and ensuring up-to-date copies are maintained.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales reports with all required information.
  • Managing the distribution of online exhibitor manuals, being the main point of contact for exhibitor inquiries, tracking important form deadlines, and following up with exhibitors to ensure timely submissions.
  • Providing external sales agents with all relevant event details (e.g., brochures, pricing) and maintaining regular communication with them.
  • Leading the agent commission process post-event, including raising POs through Oracle for invoicing.
  • Managing and updating the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all leads and potential leads are properly logged.
  • Creating and executing email campaigns via Adestra, tracking campaign performance, and providing the sales team with leads generated from opens and clicks

    1-2 years of experience in sales operations, ideally within events or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adestra, Oracle, or similar CRM systems (full training will be provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the sales operations team.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Working hours 8am - 4:30pm
  • Hybrid working - two days a week at Informa office (Monday & Wednesday).
  • May be required to travel to Asia to assist onsite at events
