Full Job Description

  • Be responsible for the effective sales and operation planning process to ensure that the business has the capacity to deliver the programmes
  • Lead monthly and quarterly Sales and operations planning reviews
  • Work with programme teams to establish clear demand signals for business capacity
  • Work with functional teams to establish supply solutions to meet the business capacity
  • Facilitate senior level decision making to balance both supply and demand
  • Manage a team of Project Management and Controls professionals, ensuring the formation of an effective team and support with the development of individuals within the team
  • Your skills and experiences:
  • Be an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices) and basic knowledge of other functions such as Commercial & Finance
  • Be able to demonstrate good commercial practices & how they can be integrated within own project area
  • Hold developed communication and diplomacy skills. You will need to be able to persuade and influence internal & external stakeholders, sometimes at senior levels internally
  • Ensure that decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
  • Have an ability to deal with large amounts of data and an understanding data literacy would be advantageous for the role

    Hold a Project Management Qualification or have years of practical experience gained through the application of Project Management

  • Salary: From £60,350 per annum dependent on skills and experience with

  • The Portfolio Integration team:
  • This role will give you the chance to work across all the programmes across the division. There will be opportunities to work with some of our key and senior stakeholders whilst also having opportunities to progress within the team and further within the business across the breadth of the organisation. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
