As part of a central team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT) to drive sales performance and operational excellence., The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team through data analysis, process management, and strategic initiatives.,

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement. Use these insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
  • Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership, ensuring that the right information is accessible when needed.
  • Partner with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they understand and effectively utilize tools, practices, and processes to achieve their targets.
