Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. What you will do: The Global Sales Play team is responsible to provide Sellers with a simple to leverage infrastructure to focus on the next high potential Sale. The infrastructure includes internal and external content, training material and target lists, accelerating a focused pipeline generation. Our role is to Project Manager the different contributor groups and ensure the relevant Sales Plays are made available for the execution teams in all Global regions. As a Sales Play strategy Intern, you will be supporting a Sales Play Strategist and a Program Manager on cross-functional initiatives, planning and tracking of existing or new Sales Plays and building out the future infrastructure for Sales Plays & Processes. Your activities will include:

  • Tracking and Reporting of Sales Plays with Dashboards and Reports
  • Updating Executive Slide decks for Leadership meetings
  • Project Managing delivery tracking and status reporting on Sales Plays. Example content delivery and reviews
  • Supporting Stakeholder group meetings; sending summaries and ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Extending Playbook documentation with SME Leaders
  • Setting up a Sales Play Repository simple Data collection and leading Design for future Data base

  • Proficient in Excel to conduct analyses
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, & professionally in speaking & writing

  • Structure discrete problems to identify required analyses, develop work plan and produce timely output, Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree and on track to graduate between Dec 2025-June 2026.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
  • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus.
