Sales and Service Administrator

As Sales and Service Administrator at Ecofficiency, you will be working with customers, suppliers and colleagues to process incoming supplier data, resolving queries promptly and ensuring accurate up to date data is entered and maintained on our systems whilst delivering an excellent service.

You will establish strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to manage part of our invoicing and queries process, with the ability to take ownership of invoice queries ensuring they are investigated and resolved promptly.

Ensuring that the day to day runs smoothly through organisation and prioritisation of your workload while owning ad-hoc queries and using problem solving skills.

As part of a small team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment so you will need to enjoy working as part of a group while also being able to take responsibility for your own workload, building relationships with internal teams and customers.

This role will be required to support our customer service teams as and when needed to assist in responding to inbound calls and emails during busy periods., + You will work full-time in the Doncaster office, so will need to live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA.

It's important that you work well under pressure, and have a good attention to detail, as you will be raising orders for products and services.
