Full Job Description

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing UK sales administration and exceptional customer service and support. This role plays a crucial role in timely and accurate administration of sales processes for external customers and external sales engineers. The goal is to maximize quality documentation and sales administration tasks and enhance the overall customer experience whilst improving operational administrative processes to a high standard. The sales admin team are part of the HVAC and Process Cooling Industry. This role is a maternity cover role and fixed term contract for up to 18 months cover based in Bradford office., Customer Relationships:

· A proactive approach on dealing with high volume new and renewal customer contracts, renewal quotes and sales administration activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.

· Collaboration with Sales and Service Teams whilst establishing strong verbal and written communication channels with the sales team on administrative sales processes and tasks.

· Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.

· Creation, vetting and maintenance of suppler chain agreements for new and existing suppliers.

· Front of house reception duties to cover holidays and during busy periods.

Internal Controls and Administration

· Proven experience in administration or sales support role.

· Attention to detail and accurate processing in a fast-paced industry.

· Strong knowledge of customer service principles and sales processes

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate co-workers during peak times.

· Effective communication and negotiation skills.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in using customer service and sales software, MS Office Suite and operating systems.

Skills and Capabilities:

· Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage

· People and communication skills with a positive mindset

· Able to work in a team environment.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
