Full Job Description

Mobility Equipment Repairs: Conduct repairs and maintenance on a range of mobility equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards.

Delivery Assistance: Support the delivery team by assisting with the timely and professional delivery of mobility products to customers' homes.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance.

CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage customer interactions, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell mobility products, providing customers with tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Commission Opportunities: Participate in a commission structure related to service calls and sales, presenting an avenue to significantly increase your earnings.

The focus will be on your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly, and professional manner, resolving queries, collaborating with the team to resolve any issues, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most.

We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, and approachable Sales Engineer with strong sales and networking skills, who can strengthen relationships with new and current customers. It is essential that the candidate has practical engineering knowledge/background, whilst having the ability to problem solve and "think outside the box". This position will consist of in-house product training (which may include training events with our key suppliers)

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be communicating with customers through a combination of inbound/outbound phone calls and through email channels; ensuring all aspects of a customer's needs or enquiry is resolved.

The candidate must have a full UK driving Licence.

It's not essential that you have experience as full training will be given. However, if you have any experience in a garage or with bikes or some technical ability.
