Full Job Description
The role is key to ensuring proactiveness and efficiency in KONE MOD sales. As part of KONE's North and Midlands team you will be responsible for sales support activities especially in the pre-sales phase of sales cycle.
Key Experiences & Skills :
Sales support, manage pricing and tender offering
- Supports salesperson during tender submissions by gaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items required.
- Completion of requests for credit checks.
- Utilises Tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
- Collaborates with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data (CRM).
- Collaborates with design engineers to ensure correct solution achieved.
- Creation of Asset Management reports following surveys
- Collaborates with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders, contracts.
- Owns the Coordination and submission of tenders.
- Collaborates with Internal teams.
- Engages with the team members to achieve better results through sharing of best practices.
- Coordinates adequate resources to achieve the short- and long-term targets (tender ownership)
Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service desirable. - Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy.
- Good administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail.
