Drive Sales: Increase sales by engaging with both internal and external customers, supporting our Core ATCC Team and Field Sales Personnel (FAS) to achieve annual targets.
Handle Enquiries: Manage and complete enquiries from all channels and product/business sectors, ensuring high levels of customer happiness.
Produce Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to increase conversion rates.
Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support on enquiries, raising when vital.
Collaborate: Work with internal teams to gather information and complete tender documents, ensuring compliance and meeting customer needs.
Customer Focus: Understand and respond to customer needs, upselling opportunities, and handling service levels for key and growth customers.
Support Events: Assist Technical Sales Specialists at exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
Use Tools Effectively: Apply systems like IFS/ERP, Salesforce, and other tools to support sales efforts.
