Full Job Description

  • In depth Technical and Sales experience with UCaas, Contact Centre technology, SIP, Microsoft Teams, Modern Workplace, 8X8, Cisco Webex
  • Collaborating cross functionally and directly with customers to build commercially viable technical solutions with the aim of fulfilling customer requirements
  • Collating business outcomes and technical qualification to provide a Statement of Requirements (SoR) into Solution Design
  • Showcasing subject expertise when bid writing and proactive proposal creation, supporting Business Development in maximising commercial opportunities

  • Proven track record of delivering to an individual sales target
  • Experience of successfully selling technological solutions within Contact Centres
  • Confidently and effectively supporting engagements up to and including C-level and the ability to clearly articulate business benefits driven from technical solutions.
  • Expertise in following a structured sales methodology to improve overall sales outcomes and foster long-term customer loyalty.

    You will either have a sales engineering background with a specialism in Cloud Collaboration and Contact Centres along with experience of cross selling and upselling on accounts with the value of up to £5-10m.
