Sales Support

Working within our Energy Service team you as part of anintegral sales team you'll provide extensive support to our sales channels.

Dayto day you'll need to accurately prepare customer data, and price and lock inoffers, on our in-house systems in a timely manner.

You will be supporting the sales and businessdevelopment managers in their prospecting activity including the maintenanceand updating of the CRM system.

Most importantly, you'll have excellent attention to detailand be able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

And you'll haveexcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel to create,manipulate and maintain multiple spreadsheets, alongside performing yourgeneral data processing and administration duties.

This is a varied role that will call upon your organisation,time management and multi-tasking skills. You'll need to meet tight deadlineswhile providing top-notch customer services support.

You'll also be a motivatedteam player who's confident taking ownership of issues and resolving them.

Ideally, you'll already understand the electricity market andenergy service market - if not, you'll need to demonstrate your ability tolearn quickly and take on board the training we'll provide.
