One Energy Projects are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with experience in the Solar Industry or similar (incl Construction, Installation etc) that is keen to join a generous, youthful, vibrant yet hard working team that are leading the way in the Renewable Sector.

Established in 2001, One Electrical launched its Solar Division in 2021 and born was One Energy Projects Ltd. A coming together of leaders within the industry and further afield has meant considerable growth which requires an expanding team that is looking to join the exciting & rewarding journey to the top of the sector. In a nutshell, we exert our energy to save theirs!

And are looking for ethical individuals who are ready to support the business in this drive. Candidates should be confident to work on their own and also be able to build good team relationships. Organisation is key as the volume of work can be challenging, yet rewarding as we play a crucial role in the UK net carbon mission!

The position on offer will begin in supporting our sales team via administrative accuracy, incorporating processes, organisational skills, utilising the CRM system and overall putting their own stamp on the effectiveness of our sales processes. From this position we encourage growth to become a sales executive in time, and help bring the next recruits through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.


  • Administer the CRM system with upto date customer details


  • Book appointments for sales or engineers to visit clients, or arrange for a pleasant arrival of clients to the office.


  • Be the first port of call for customers and offer any initial support before escalating.


  • Process sales orders from initial quotes/POs, to deliver & handover.


  • Liaise with colleagues at all points and update all internal systems to understand responsibilities.


  • Daily awareness of tasks to be completed & updates to folders.


  • General office management of supplies & housekeeping.


  • Report to management/Directors each week or when necessary.

    Experience in similar role.


  • o Preferred but not necessary in the Solar Industry

    - Organisational skills to keep up with multiple tasks.

    - Excellent communication skills.

    - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

    - Analytical and accurate.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - And overall an interest in making a difference to the planet through energy efficiency.

  • Generous Commission Structure, It is a full time role, office based. 9am - 5pm. With flexibility between our 2 offices - Birkenhead or Manchester.
