Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator for a 12-month contract to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Work closely with customer service, pricing, and sales teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
- Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.
- Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
