Full Job Description
To provide administrative support with the annual RFP Process and Sales Support Tools. To comanage the RFP Process from beginning to end which will involve building collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, being responsible for updating and maintaining content management tools and loading hotel rates in a timely manner. Part of the Sales Support Hub you will also be trained on other Sales Support Tools. Job Responsibilities / Main Duties:
- Own and manage in partnership with the National Sales and Database team the annual RFP Process to ensure an efficient and well communicated process
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all RFP submissions and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Ensure National/Global rates are loaded, tested and bookable on all Distribution Channels
- To develop and maintain productive, service focused relationships with external and internal customers, representing the company and becoming a known point of contact
- Updating and maintaining Content Management Tools
- To provide accurate, up to date information to appropriate internal contacts, responding to requests in a timely manner
- Where appropriate, identify new sales opportunities
- To assist with the general administrative housekeeping and maintenance of accurate client data, preparing and presenting reports to agreed deadlines where appropriate
- To develop and utilise a working knowledge of Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland sales team members, their accounts and territories in which they operate
- To develop and maintain working knowledge of Leonardo Hotels products and services and keeping abreast of industry changes
