Full Job Description

  • Contribution to the overall sales revenue and margin targets as determined by the business

  • Work within the existing BD team based and wider group marketing resources

  • Represent the business as a point of contact for all applicable opportunities in the active pipeline.

  • Registration and assignment of relevant pipeline opportunities in the CRM system

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows and CPD events as required

  • Contributions to PQQ, ITT documents and processes as well as more informal bids.

  • Attend Sales & Marketing meetings as required

  • Ensure that the CRM system is updated daily where required

  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate at all levels within the business

    Oakleaf Surveying Ltd is an established market leading property consultancy located in Northampton; the company is part of the Bellrock Group which is based in Leicester.

    Oakleaf specialises in undertaking building surveys and audits in a variety of disciplines across a broad range of building and estate types across the entire UK.

    The role would work under the Oakleaf brand.

    We are looking for a high calibre individual to join the sales team, to further our market penetration in existing growing markets and to extend our reach into new sectors and further cross sell within our wider group.

    A proven track record of success in identification of new business opportunities is essential; experience in a range of client sectors would be an advantage.

    In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the from home but will involve associated travel on occasion to our head office, trade shows, exhibitions and to prospective client premises, so a UK driving license is essential.
