Full Job Description
Reporting to the Location Manager working across the airport, supporting the team to ensure we remain compliant and mitigate risk to the business and provide data on FX forms processed to include checking of all paperwork entered for any KYC errors. Your role will be working with both the Operations team and the frontline team, accurate data analysis working to deadlines and till management will be crucial in this role, you will also play an important part in the inventory process at your designated business area.,
- Ensure all FX paperwork processed in your terminal location are checked daily
- Working a flexible working week inclusive of weekends on both early and late starts as agreed with line manager as per business need.
- To take all FX money delivered and deliver appropriately across all trading stores.
- Keep a daily check on all inventory needs and provide the correct currency, stationary to the relevant trading stores
- Complete and send out accordingly all trackers required for FX trading
- Support the Location Manager will all maintenance tracking and update all relevant groups created with daily data.
- Complete all required H&S checks in your location
- Complete coin order and deliver according to business demand
- To work efficiently and diligently on frontline tills as and when business required as per agreed roster with line manager
- Supporting the Location Manager maintain and update any terminal specific operational tasks, including covering for A/L within the team.
- This role may also require working across many different business areas across each month, Operations, ATMâs, banking room and frontline tills
- Adhering to all Operations process and procedures, including updating your locations daily/weekly operational folders
Keen eye for detail - Multitask and ability to use own initiative with all daily tasks
- Ability to stay focussed under pressure
