- Hybrid) Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do The sales support team play an important role by providing an administrative service and subject matter expertise regarding analysis and manipulation of data for our sales teams, account managers and channel partners. Allowing them to spend more time directly supporting customers.
- Create a centre of expertise for Enterprise sales activity and a fulcrum for change as all issues sit in one team
- Identify improvement to enhance processes and operation and feed this into the wider team for action
- Be an ever-growing centre of knowledge for the sales teams to engage with, providing an agile level of support to assist sales in getting the solution needed to their problems
- Provide info on existing account for renewals, provide data and insight to allow the sales agent to quote with speed. When needed, provide quoting support for sales to enable them to get a contract out to the customer quickly.
- Working with other supporting teams to proactively support our end users and end customers; escalating where required
- Track transactions and prepare reports regarding information such as order status, sales results and leads.
- Tracks contracts and framework agreements.
- Prepares customer-facing reports and analytics on usage and spend, prepares dashboards and reports for customer meetings.
- Prepares customer/ competitive analysis profiles and tailored presentations.
- Proposes pricing models, prepares pricing templates, tracks the pricing process. Who you are
- Previous experience providing administrative support to teams
- Competent using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (for example able to create VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables)
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Confident communicator and able to handle objections
