Full Job Description

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting the sales & commercial team with managing contracts, agreements, planning & execution, and administrative details for accounts (e. g., POs, SoWs, invoicing). You'll be in charge of the sales function, sourcing Healthcare and other leads as prospects through desktop research from Customer and Prospect Master Files, and Sales Reports. Consult with OSCAR, coordinate monthly reporting requirements, ensure the prompt receipt of reports, and provide support to Account Managers (AMs). About the role

  • Set up and manage a RMR Commercial SharePoint repository for contracts, reporting, billing, customer master files and prospect master files.
  • Function as a key support in managing documentation through stages of client acquisition & retention (such as contract addendums and renewals)
  • To support AMs with billing and invoicing across client base, ensuring all paperwork is sent on time.
  • Using Prospect Master File, perform desktop research on customer prospects, assessment, and grading of prospects for discussion with Head of BD
  • Source Healthcare and other leads, using Royal / Relay network, web, and other platforms (especially LinkedIn) for any prospective customers.

  • Experience
  • Requirement to have sales, administrative support, experience.
  • Ideally experienced in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Proven record of consistent delivery against targets.

    £34,270 ,10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual l eave plus bank holidays rising with serve and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates
