Full Job Description
- Be a key link between Dealer, Reginal Development Consultants and VWFS UK Sales workflow together with our internal departments to provide timely and effective resolution to specific escalations
- Thoroughly investigate complex escalations and assess for any risk and opportunities and inform appropriate stakeholders
- Taking inbound calls supporting the retailer network
- Create clear plans for managing the changing priorities of key dealer and brand contacts in order to support timely and effective resolutions to incoming queries
- Escalate process failings to the correct department and pull together factual investigations in order to support overturning or rectifying any poor customer, dealer or Brand outcomes
- Identify root causes to repetitive process failings, provide suggestions for improvement and be responsible for coordinating change request activity
- Work closely with the wider sales team to identify performance risks and opportunities so that we stay on track to hit our commercial targets
- Use Salesforce to manage activity and query resolution, ensuring the correct allocation of tasks to owners. Drive robust processes for follow up and completion, ensuring the department stay within agreed service levels
- Support Reginal Development Consultants with retailer coaching around VWFS process to ensure efficiency and right customer outcomes.
Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities including telephony - Full PC literacy essential
- High level of Customer service experience and ability to demonstrate use of initiative in order to aid departmental productivity
- IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- GCSE passes at Grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English
- An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act and FCA is desirable
