Full Job Description

Working with colleagues across Vodafone UK Business, you will be responsible for leading a team to support end users (primarily Sales & Commercial) by leading the way in adoption of sales support, tools, systems and processes. The candidate will be responsible for our account allocations processes, system access and improving our data quality within our CRM system and associated activity to ensure customer experience is not impacted. Stakeholder management is essential to ensure communication, flow of information and to keep abreast of all account movements to effectively manage change and support escalations whilst analysing and feeding back to senior management on data trends.

  • Drive the team to support the business objectives and KPIS.
  • Portfolio SLA achievement
  • Provide a monthly suite of information and insight for stakeholders to be reviewed and analysed in session, with a plan to remove any negative factors.
  • Create and maintain department processes and procedures to support in training and education to the sales and wider community and to identify methods for better ways of working.
  • Support Request escalation management
  • Ensure account allocations are swiftly and accurately assigned and in alignment with all billing and CRM systems for management flow and reporting.

    Good analytical skills, with ability to interrogate and analyse data.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests.
  • Competency with Excel
  • Positive attitude with an energy for team development
  • Team playing and networking ability.
  • Experience in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Self-starter, prioritising own workload and team workload.
