Full Job Description

Omega Red Group is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader. The role will be overseeing a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets., This role of Sales Team Leader involves leading by example, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales processes that align with sale strategy and Company goals. The Sales Team Leader acts as a bridge between management and the sales team, ensuring that objectives are met, and the team operates efficiently. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, support and feedback.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge on the business and the services
  • it offers. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Sales Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Function Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with broader business
  • goals.
  • Share market feedback and insights with relevant leads to inform of any service development and marketing avenues.

    Professional Experience - Significant lead sales experience within a service provision or a related sector.
  • Leadership Skills - Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve results
  • Sales Expertise - In-depth understanding of sales techniques, processes and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
  • Customer Focus - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
  • Time Management - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
