Full Job Description

As a Sales Team Manager you will lead, develop and motivate a team of approximately 11 front-line employees to deliver excellent service for our customers, supported by review and coaching. You will support continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer's needs and delivering process improvement. How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Leading and motivating your team to be the very best that they can be in their roles.
  • Monitoring calls, setting coaching plans, measuring improvements, and supporting the process through calibration sessions delivering on actions from the reviews.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively to handle the inbound call demands and to deliver within agree service levels.
  • Analysing, identifying and managing value add projects to ensure we are working in a culture of continuous improvement.

    Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven track record of people management
  • Ability to identify and collate information to provide feedback for each team member
  • Proven track record of project management/ process improvement
  • Ability to undertake proactive absence and capability management to identify development areas, set improvement plans and instigate remedial action if development plans/performance targets are not acted upon within agreed timescales, follow through to a fair and reasonable outcome for both the individual and Bupa
