Full Job Description

As a Sales Team Manager you will be leading and managing a team delivering departmental and team Key Performance Indicators through target setting, providing regular sales consultant coaching and monitoring individual and team performance to achieve the AOP sales targets and objectives. How you'll help us make health happen

  • Motivate front line agents on a day to day basis to drive sales through service and good customer experience.
  • Lead from the front to drive a customer centric culture
  • Be responsible for creating an open team culture and environment that is conducive to achieving the team objectives.
  • Manage healthcare consultants in line with our T&C responsibilities and full adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver one to one coaching and training to ensure sales consultants performance is consistently enhanced.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve and enhance customer and colleague experience
  • To managing the complaint handling process within the team and deal with all escalated adviser queries and referrals ensuring that customer satisfaction is maximised.

    Telesales or call centre experience
  • Experience of working in a regulatory environment
  • Proven management experience essential
  • Experienced in the coaching and development of call centre advisers
  • Able to make important decisions within agreed parameters and day to day decisions without referral
  • Positive attitude and self motivation
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
