Full Job Description

As a Sales Team Support Team Member you will provide both technical & administrative support for the whole of B2B Cash Plan and be the main support for all 'in life' customer queries. You'll have an opportunity to do work that matters. Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers within Business-to-Business Sales with onboarding, renewal, and monitoring of the customer journey within Cash Plan B2B Sales team and answering, facilitating, and resolving all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, brokers, account managers), via various communication methods such as telephone, email, and webchat. What You'll do

  • Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers, intermediaries and maintain a network of stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Facilitate solutions to issues, queries or complaints received via email, outbound and inbound calls and give the most appropriate advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Carry out all work carefully and accurately and in line with documented best practice.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of all the technology available through business.
  • Ensure that all requests are acted upon in a timely and accurate manner in line with department service levels and KPI's and accurately recorded on appropriate systems.

    Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - are a must to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels.
  • You'll also need good problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse evidence objectively to present solutions to problems.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make sound decisions with minimum supervision whilst being organised and able to prioritise your daily tasks.
  • You'll be working in an FCA-regulated environment so will need the ability to work under pressure with an understanding of their TCF principles.
  • Possess strong numerical skills with the ability to understand invoices.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages with the ability to combine talking and typing skills.
  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with highly emotional, sometimes irrational, anxious, and uncertain customers within a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with the flexibility to adapt your way of working within a changing environment.
