Home Made is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that Salesforce operates efficiently to support sales, operations, and customer service teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to customise the platform to business needs, improve user adoption, and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and business performance. We're here to disrupt an industry with technology, and our product team is a core part of it! This is a solo role, reporting to the Head of Product, so please take this into account if you are looking for a large team role. As a result, this often means that you will take on responsibilities outside of a normal core Salesforce Administrator. Work set up: hybrid (onboarding = 4 days a week in office, post 2 months = 3 days a week in office) Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025. Role and Responsibilities

  • Solving business problems by delivering quality solutions within the Salesforce environment using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Maintaining and managing lightning flows key to business operations
  • Play a pivotal role in the centralised rollout of new tech projects within the business.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor and stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features and best practices, to suggest and implement enhancements.
  • Own the day-to-day support for Salesforce users, acting as the first point of contact for any issues.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, record types, page layouts, fields and reports/dashboards.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission and security settings, as well as providing business wide training to ensure user effectiveness.
  • Import and export data as needed and perform regular data audits and backups.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs that arise in the day to day, supporting teams to stay active and effective. Acting as the first point of contact for any issues.
  • Own, create and maintain documentation for Salesforce releases.
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Be a culture and values carrier, working with teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Providing support as and when with the People team for any tech support.
  • Own 3rd party integrations with the CRM.
  • Run Salesforce onboarding training for new joiners.

    Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder and other automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to describe complex processes to different audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, security and sharing settings.
  • Understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
  • Ability to design, test, debug and maintain Salesforce.com features.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com customisation functionality - Declarative .
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent.

    Salary: £45-60k Depending on experience
