Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team, supporting our global Salesforce user base, including system administration, support, setup, and vendor liaison. Reporting to the Salesforce Product Manager you will help with maintaining and developing the platform to get utmost value from the system. What you'll be doing:
- Provide support and administration for Salesforce, DocuSign and Conga environments.
- Salesforce modules include Account Engagement, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Prioritise and resolve user-reported support tickets across the system efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Salesforce Product Manager and collaborate with the Salesforce partner
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions within Salesforce and 3rd party platforms.
- Customise Salesforce to align with organisational requirements by configuring fields, page layouts, record types, including creating custom objects and fields as needed.
- Create reports and dashboards as well as custom report types.
- Maintain the product catalogue and associated rate cards.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish and enforce governance policies for the secure and responsible including data retention protocols.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the design of new features and automation solutions to streamline processes.
- Coordinate new feature rollouts in collaboration with the Product Trainer.
- Assist with the creation of technical documentation for all supported systems and new features.
- Actively participate in the change management process for Salesforce, DocuSign, and Conga systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce users as well as key stakeholders, including Finance, Commercial Directors, and Divisional Managing Directors., 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays- increasing by one additional day after 6 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.

What you'll need: - Experience using Salesforce Lightning.
- Ability to write clear documentation including internal technical reference processes and user-facing guides.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to interface at all levels of the business including the Senior Management Team.
- Technically proficient in areas of product support, product development and solution building.
- Experience with CPQ and Salesforce flows, is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Salesforce Billing, Account Engagement, is desirable but not essential.
