This role will ultimately lead, develop and coach a team of Salesforce System Administrators and Salesforce System Consultants. They will drive a strong performance culture, focusing on ethical behaviour, clear accountability, good conduct and treating customers fairly in order to contribute to the delivery of Bupa Global's annual P&L targets.

How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Define and lead the inlife development, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system within Bupa Global


  • Lead the department in the formulation of CRM Salesforce strategies and programmes/campaigns and ensure that they stay aligned with the business' overall objective


  • Work with the Distribution teams to ensure each Sales tool is deployed in the most effective way to ensure a good balance between must have regional requirements vs "central" systematisation/formalisation


  • Lead the development of a business readiness plan including training, deployment, adoption, and usage of the CRM once rolled out


  • Develop/champion a CRM culture across the organisation and manage the change accordingly via all regions through change management programmes


  • Develop, manage, and review the annual Salesforce CRM and other sales tools budgets. Ensure forecasts are made and that all technology programmes fall within the allocated budget and timelines


  • Actively drive automation / improvements to liberate resources to improve efficiency and enable reinvestment in further capability

    Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM (for a minimum of 2 years) is essential, with the following specific Salesforce product knowledge considered a distinct advantage:


  • Sales Cloud CRM


  • Administrator - designed for those who have experience with Salesforce and continuously look for ways to help companies get additional features and capabilities


  • Platform App Builder - for those skilled in designing, building, and implementing custom applications


  • Experience of working within structured Project delivery frameworks, notably the Agile methodology and IT Change Management concepts


  • Clear understanding of the Private Medical Insurance sector


  • Strong track record of successfully influencing a wide range of stakeholders at all levels


  • Excellent analytical skills - be able to identify, create and interpret fit for purpose data with a high level of accuracy


  • Experience of leading and working successfully in a large complex, matrix organisation. The role holder will operate across a wide organisation and UK geography and across multiple functions
