  • What you will bring:
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • A consistent record in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and industry methodologies.
  • Expertise in integration patterns, using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to allow flawless communication between platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control practices.
  • It would be great if you had:
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Technical Architect
  • If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we're looking for, please do apply, we'd love to hear from you!
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Hemel Hempstead. Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week. Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to undergo SC and NPPV3. Internal Recruiter: Stina. Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund Although this role is advertised as full-time, we believe that flexibility at work can promote work/life balance, increase your motivation, reduce stress and improves performance and productivity.
