Salford - QSW - Eccles & Irlam Neighbourhood Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Eccles & Irlam Neighbourhood Team within Salford Adult Social Care (ASC), part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. This full-time role is to cover maternity leave and offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote working., Deliver person-centered support and interventions to adults within the Eccles & Irlam community. Undertake assessments, including risk and needs assessments, to develop tailored support plans. Work collaboratively with health colleagues and other agencies to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to care. Safeguard adults at risk and comply with statutory responsibilities. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social care settings, with a strong understanding of current legislation and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective multi-agency working. Ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.
