Full Job Description

Star Beauty Nails are currently seeking a Beauty Therapist Manager, to join their friendly and busy salon located in Fareham, Hampshire., Supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. Stock Control and Ordering, Team Management and Motivation, Growing the sales and profitability of the salon, conducting local marketing with local businesses, Increasing the profile and awareness of the salon on Social Media, Keeping the salon running smoothly.
Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Ensure treatment rooms are regularly cleaned and maintained
Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service.
Promote and sell beauty/ salon services including retail offerings related to the salon.
To assist with beauty treatments:
Manicure
Pedicure
Nails, Gel polish, SNS application,
Body waxing
Body treatments including massage
Eyelash perming / tinting
Eyebrow shaping/tinting
Facial treatments

Applicant must have proven skills and experience in delivering hospitality, management and be familiar with beauty therapy treatments.

Candidates must be willing to work hard and offer a professional and friendly service to our clients. Be responsible in the running of the salon's day-to-day operations., A minimum of 3 years' experience in the beauty industry is an advantage
Able to offer top-quality advice to the clients and upsell the proper protocols based on what the client is looking for.
Good attitude, friendly disposition and good knowledge of health and safety standards
Must be comfortable working with male and female clients with all of our therapy treatments.
Weekends (Sat or Sunday is a must)
