SAP Finance Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled SAP Finance Solution Architect with a solid background in implementing SAP finance solutions within nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will lead the design and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions to meet the unique financial and operational needs of a nonprofit environment, including areas such as fund accounting, grant management, and donor tracking. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our finance systems support organizational goals, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with nonprofit-specific accounting standards.

+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. + Nonprofit sector experience is essential, including a solid understanding of nonprofit-specific financial processes, fund accounting, donor and grant management, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Technical Skills:
+ Strong expertise in SAP finance modules (eg, SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance). + Experience with nonprofit-relevant modules, such as SAP Funds Management and SAP Grant Management. + Proficient in SAP data migration tools, system integration techniques, and financial reporting.
• Soft Skills:
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and finance/business requirements. + Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification or similar SAP certifications.
• Nonprofit Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP for nonprofits and experience with fund management and donor compliance.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience in SAP consulting for nonprofit clients is a must.
