Join us as SAP Security Engineer at Barclays, where you'll deliver guidance on SAP Cryptography, Key Management, and SAP Data Protection. to achieve defined business goals.
To be successful as a SAP Security Engineer, you should have experience with
Designing, implementing, and/or supporting SAP security concepts for S/4HANA - essential for ensuring robust security controls and adherence to requirements of the Identity and Access Management Standard.
SAP Security. This is likely to include user access management, master/derived role concepts, critical/sensitive authorization objects, FIORI roles builds & maintenance, assessing system upgrade impacts, and knowledge of the underlying schema.
SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Access Control 12.0. Specifically, experience with Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA) including risk analysis reporting for Fiori, compliant user provisioning, and multi-stage-multi-path workflows.
Some other highly valued skills may include
Understanding of Finance functional area and associated authorization objects. This is crucial for transforming customer requirements into workable designs at both functional and technical levels.
Knowledge/experience of SAP GRC functionality and concepts. This includes SAP Process Control, SAP Risk Management, and integrating Access Control 12.0 with non-SAP systems.
Demonstrable track record of development and delivery of a wider GRC roadmap, including service pack roll-outs and upgrades

This role will be based in our Northampton office
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
