Job Description: Saturday Centre Clerk Location UPS Telford (Two positions available) What you'll get:

• Working:
• Morning - 7am to 12midday (Saturdays only)
• Afternoon -12midday to 5pm (Saturdays only)

What you'll do:
• Field customer concerns and queries
• Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
• Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
• Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
What you'll need:
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications
• An excellent telephone manner
• The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
• The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities - often at short notice
