Full Job Description

Our client is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and TV personality. He is the founder of multiple innovative, high-growth tech and skincare businesses and chairman of a social impact charity. He seeks a highly dynamic Marketing Executive and Executive Assistant to develop his personal and business brands and drive sales opportunities across his businesses through creative marketing and strong communication., Your duties will encompass developing and growing multiple brands through innovative marketing campaigns, social media marketing, creating business opportunities, arranging meetings with C-suite professionals, managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, events, and sales appointments, and offering general administrative support.,

  • Develop and manage social media presence by creating engaging content, increasing followers, and strategising to build brand awareness online and offline across multiple businesses.

  • Develop and manage multi-marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and initiatives, set meetings, achieve business targets, handle calendar events, organise reports and documents, answer phone calls, set up meetings, screen visitors, and perform similar duties.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales and marketing cycle (virtually and in person): lead generation, sales appointment setting, prospecting, negotiation, submitting proposals/tenders, and closing deals via different sales and marketing channels.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through marketing, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Produce monthly content and editorial calendars, track all marketing activity and submit weekly reports to meet KPIs and business objectives.

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns.

  • Managing PR, writing press releases, managing distribution, building relationships with journalists, and securing editorials., You will work closely with a high-growth entrepreneur and TV personality and learn on the job the skills required to build businesses that have a social impact globally. You will also work with forward-highly experienced teams in business and marketing and feel genuinely empowered to contribute fully to their vision and goals. Your income potential is uncapped with a clear path to management.

  • Competitive basic salary, £30-36k plus + sales bonus of £60k in year one, and a clear management path.

    The role will be hybrid, working from home, office, and shoot locations, so you must have a home office set up and a car. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised, flexible, dynamic, driven and proactive individual with strong social media marketing and sales experience. You will have a flexible attitude and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in marketing, i.e. social media, presenting & sales, is essential, along with proficiency in using Mac computers and software applications such as Canva and Adobe, which is necessary to hit the ground running., Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics. Write strong copy, articles, and blogs to improve SEO, raise awareness, and achieve a first-page ranking on Google.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism., You will have either an associate's or a bachelor's degree., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

  • Content creation, ensuring proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe, Indesign, Video Editing and demonstrating a flair for a simple design

  • Strong copywriting.
