We are looking for a skilled SCADA engineer to join our Technical Support team. This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Relevant SCADA industry experience
  • This role is customer focused, supporting existing customers of Siemens Digital Industries.
  • Provide telephone, email and remote diagnostic support for our partners and customers.
  • Apply knowledge and questioning techniques to identify, diagnose and resolve customers' problems.
  • Co-ordinate issues requiring escalation to Siemens AG headquarters.
  • Enhance the quality of service delivered to our customers.
  • The successful candidate would be part of a strong dedicated team.

    Industry experience in the Automation sector OR Qualified to NVQ / HND / HNC / Degree level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of Siemens Industrial Automation Products i.e. SIMATIC, TIA and WinCC.
  • Full product training will be provided.
  • A good understanding of IT concepts including Security, Databases and Operating Systems is desirable.
  • Candidates must also be IT literate
