Full Job Description

We are looking for a caring and confident person to join our team as we have an exciting position open for a scan assistant.

As a Scan Assistant it is your job role to deliver amazing customer service to our clients and support our Sonographers whilst they conduct diagnostic pregnancy scans.

This role provides a vital link between the Sonographer and the family ensuring their visit is made special from the moment they arrive. We are looking for somebody caring and sensitive who is able to build a strong rapport with our families.

Team player
Positive attitude
Computer literate
Great face to face and telephone manner.
Flexible (role does include some evenings and some weekends),

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


    • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


    • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
